Very simple

This is how returns work

1. you will find a returns slip and a DHL returns label in all parcels sent to Germany - keep this in a safe place.

2. tell us on the return slip why you are returning which item. This will help us process your return faster.

3. Put the return label together with the items in the package and seal it securely.

4. paste the old shipping label with the new return label so that your package is returned to us.

5. now you just need to leave your package at a DHL station of your choice and your return is on its way to us.

6. please keep your receipt with the shipment number well to track your package and to be able to claim in case of emergency.

7. as soon as we have received your return, we will arrange the refund after successful processing. Usually, the amount will be credited to you within 7 business days.

Returns (EU)

How long do I have to return my order, and what do I need to consider?

You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receiving your goods within Germany. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged, as we can only refund items that actually arrive at our location, regardless of the details provided on the return slip.

Where can I find my return label?

Shipments to Germany:
All customers in Germany will find their return label conveniently inside their package. Please note that only one prepaid label is available per order. Therefore, please return all items in one package.

You will have to pay for any additional labels yourself.

Shipments outside Germany:
Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping costs for customers outside of Germany. You can take your package to the post office or a shipping service of your choice and ensure that the shipment is sufficiently stamped. Please keep the receipt of postage, as this will serve as your proof of delivery until the return is received by us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept shipments sent to us freight collect.

There is no return label in my package, what can I do?

If you have ordered within Germany, you can create a new returns label in this case. For shipments outside Germany, no return label is enclosed with the parcel. Please send your return including the return form with sufficient postage to

Please note that we cannot accept carriage forward shipments.

My return form is missing from the package. What can I do?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to resend this document. Please include a note yourself, listing the items you are returning to us. Make sure to include your address and order number alongside the item numbers so that we can process and allocate your return without any issues. Alternatively, you can also enclose a copy of your invoice and mark the relevant items.

Are the returns free of charge?

Returns within Germany are free of charge for one return per order! The only important thing is that you process the return via the same shipping company that delivered your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returns for customers outside Germany.

How long does it take to process the return?

It takes 3-5 days for your return to reach us. We then usually process it within 2-4 business days.

You can always track exactly where your return is using your tracking number.

Can I simply drop off my return at your Augsburg office?

Of course you can bring your return to us. We look forward to your return. Simply bring your return to our SPORTKIND store in Augsburg.

Can I return two returns in one package?

Yes, we'd love to! The environment will thank you. Just make sure you include the appropriate return slip for each order in your package. This is the only way we can identify the returns and process your refund as quickly as possible.

Tip : If you can't include the return slip, write a brief written list of which items you're returning, for which order, and for what reason. Don't forget to include the individual order numbers. This way, nothing can go wrong!

Which items can I return?

We ask that you please be careful when trying on our items. Please only return unworn, unwashed, and flawless items with the tags intact.

Please understand that we may have to claim compensation for any stains that occur.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you ordered and then reorder the desired item.

What is the difference between a return and a complaint?

Returns:
If you have ordered something from us that doesn't fit or you don't like, you have the chance to return it free of charge within 30 days.
Complaints:
Nobody is perfect. If the item you ordered is faulty, you can make a claim outside the 30-day returns guarantee using our claim form. We will then check your complaint and, if necessary, refund the amount paid.

How do I return an order that I paid for with Klarna?

File your return on the Klarna website. To do this, open your order and click on "Register return". Then indicate which products you would like to return. The payment will be paused until the return has been processed. Klarna will then inform you of the new invoice amount. If you have already paid, you will usually receive a refund within 3 to 5 working days.

Returns (outside the EU)

Which countries are included in the delivery countries outside the EU?

The following rules apply to Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway, Liechtenstein as well as non-European countries.

Are returns outside the EU* free of charge?

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returns for customers outside Germany.

How do I return something from Switzerland or Liechtenstein?

If you are ordering from Switzerland or Liechtenstein, please do not send your return directly to SPORTKIND, but to our logistics partner in Switzerland. They will handle customs clearance and forward the parcel to Germany, so there is no need to include any customs documents such as CN22 forms. Please send your return to the following address:

Please complete the return form included in your parcel in full. Pack your return securely and enclose the completed form inside the package. There is no need to include a copy of the invoice.

Important: You are responsible for the return shipping costs within Switzerland. The onward transport to Germany is already included in the original shipping fee.
If you send the parcel directly to SPORTKIND in Germany and it must be collected from customs due to missing documentation, this causes significant administrative effort. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of €25 from your refund.

How do I generally return something outside the EU?

1. Pack your items in a parcel and enclose the returns note.
2. Attach two copies of the original purchase invoice to the outside of the shipping box. Use transparent delivery note bags for this purpose. This way, customs in the destination country will know that it is a return. In addition, you should write the word "Return" clearly and in large letters on the package.

Tip: Also find out which returns conditions apply to your country of delivery so that your parcel arrives safely with us in any case. If we have to collect your consignment from customs, we reserve the right to withhold a fee of €25 from the refund amount, as this involves considerable expense.

3. Frank the package sufficiently and send it with a shipping company of your choice to the following address:

What additional costs can arise for a return from a non-European country?

Customs costs: Customs costs may be incurred for returns from non-European countries. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer. This applies in particular to returns from Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway and Liechtenstein.

25€ fee: If we have to collect the return directly from customs because not all customs-relevant requirements have been met, we reserve the right to withhold a fee of €25 from the refund amount.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your return, we will process it. You will usually receive your refund within 14 days. However, this also depends on your bank and payment method.

Why is a handling fee charged for returns over €500?

We want to raise awareness of the fact that returns not only take up time and resources, but can also have a negative impact on the environment. By charging a small fee (10€ or 25€, see right of withdrawal), we would like to encourage you to shop more consciously and reduce returns. We hope for your understanding and thank you for your support in making our service more sustainable.

Why was €25 deducted from the refund value?

If you have not correctly observed the customs requirements for the return from your country, it is possible that your shipment will remain in customs and we will only be able to process it further if we collect it there in person. This will result in considerable effort on our part, which we will have to charge you in order to cover the resulting costs.

Will I be reimbursed for the shipping costs?

Returns from within the EU:

We will also refund the standard shipping costs except in the following cases:
1. you are only returning part of the order.
2. you are using a different shipping company to return the goods.

Please note: if you have opted for premium shipping at checkout, we will refund the shipping costs minus the express surcharge.

Returns outside the EU:

Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be refunded for returns sent to non-EU countries and Greece, Croatia, Portugal and Sweden.

Do I get a refund when redeeming a voucher?

If you have used a voucher to pay for your order and then return your order, we will also refund the value of the voucher back to your gift card. The gift card will then be active again and can be used on your next order.
If you only return part of your order, we may charge your gift card proportionally.

When will I receive my refund if I paid with Klarna?

If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, the refund will also be processed by Klarna. Once you register your return on the Klarna website, you will usually receive your refund within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of the return.

Please note that we work with Klarna as a payment provider. This means that we cannot manage payments via Klarna.
